Jordan & Petersen would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Return Policy:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the original order ship date and are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment.

Our Return Process:
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.

It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or is not what you ordered. You may also use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured form of delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Please be sure to enclose your order number, name and email inside your return package. You will receive a confirmation email to show your return has been received and processed.

Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your banking institution or credit card issuer.
