Andrea Jordan spent nearly a decade alongside world-renowned skincare expert Ole Henriksen, then consulted for the spa at the Beverly Hilton before opening her own West LA studio. Susie Petersen brought the same dedication across two decades serving clients in Marin County and Northern California's Wine Country, earning "Best Skincare Clinic 2018" along the way. In 2015, Andrea and Susie came together to launch Jordan & Petersen Skincare and the response from their clients was immediate. The brand they created together was met with such enthusiasm and loyalty that opening permanent brick-and-mortar locations became a natural next step, first in Los Angeles and then in San Antonio when Susie relocated to Texas. It was the loyalty our clients had for the Jordan & Petersen Skincare brand itself that made our storefront locations possible. That trust is something we never take for granted, it drives our pride in every product we formulate and every client we serve, and it is the foundation this small business was built on.

For years, we hand-selected what we believed were the best products available, until we started seeing something we couldn't ignore. Clients arriving with redness, irritation, and sensitivity caused by the very products meant to help them. We dug deeper, and what we found compelled us to act. The skincare industry has long held that results require harsh chemicals. We disagree.
