SECTION 4 – WOOCOMMERCE

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases, and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

As of September 1, 2016, JP Skincare, LLC processes online payments exclusively through PayPal, Inc. Your information will not be stored and your payment will not be processed by an internal JP Skincare, LLC or third party payment gateway.

 

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

We use third-party web beacons from Google and Facebook to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Google and Facebook may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If you purchase a product through our online store, your transaction will be processed through PayPal. You may either choose to checkout as a guest and pay with a credit card or you may checkout through your PayPal account, in which funds are pulled from either your PayPal balance or through your linked banking institution. JP Skincare, LLC servers may automatically collect certain technical information about your use of the JP Skincare, LLC Services. This may include collecting and logging IP addresses.
